Founders Rate availability
Available to new facility subscriptions while this rate sheet is effective. One introductory term applies per newly activated facility. Applies to every facility-size band, including expansion blocks.
Annual billing and setup
12 × the applicable monthly subscription rate, prepaid annually. No percentage discount. Waived when you pay annually. The 24-month introductory clock runs continuously from the facility billing start, including when billing is prepaid annually.
No fixed-term contract
Cancel at any time for the end of the current paid period; outside the guarantee, a prepaid annual period remains active and is not prorated.
60-day subscription guarantee
For an active or past-due facility within 60 calendar days of activation, the most recent successful FSS subscription charge is refundable and the subscription is cancelled; third-party processor fees remain external.
Additional facilities
Each facility has its own subscription based on active units and remains available under the operator's shared login.
Existing website and external parties
The hosted rental page is included. Work on the operator's existing website is not included; the website provider adds or updates the hosted rental-page link. Processor approval, settlement timing, reserves, and fees remain under the operator's processor agreement.
Outside-scope costs
All prices are in CAD. Applicable taxes extra. Incumbent export or termination charges, website-provider work, unsupported integrations, and custom hardware work are not part of the subscription.
Expansion formula
Above 700 active units, the standard monthly rate is $549 + ⌈(active units − 700) / 200⌉ × $70. The applicable Founders Rate is 50% of that amount during the first 24 months.

Payment processing commitment
FSS takes no cut of your payment processing.
Full Stack Storage charges no fee per confirmed reservation, no platform fee per move-in, and no success fee when a tenant rents a unit. Full Stack Storage receives no percentage of rent, no transaction markup, no processor revenue share, no residual payment, no referral residual, no rebate, and no other compensation tied to tenant payment or move-in volume.

For every supported facility that provides the required facility identity and branding information, Full Stack Storage will present the facility’s identity as the primary customer-facing brand across the FSS-hosted renter experience.
Facility branding is included in the supported subscription and does not require a separate FSS website product, branding package, premium tier, or negotiated add-on.

The facility must provide the required name, contact details, logo, and other applicable branding information. Required legal, tax, payment-processor, accessibility, and transactional disclosures may still appear.
For facilities joining under the current launch offer, Full Stack Storage includes migration of the agreed available records needed to operate the facility in FSS, along with configuration, reconciliation, operator training, and launch verification.

The facility provides access to usable source exports and helps resolve records that are missing, duplicated, inconsistent, or unavailable from the existing system.
Supported source-data boundaries
Supported migration does not include data the source platform cannot provide in a usable export, data that is corrupt or materially incomplete, data that cannot legally be transferred, raw payment-card numbers or card security codes, records held only by a third-party processor or external service, or records without a supported destination in the current FSS product.
Data at exit. Facility records, reports, and supported exports remain available during service. FSS has not yet published a post-cancellation retrieval window or deletion schedule.
